ESTON International Project Management team recently delivered a nearly 500 sqm office project in Budapest for an international investment management company in a unique Danube-side location.
The project was led by Németh Dávid, Operational Director of ESTON’s Project Management division, who shares the project’s key challenges and solutions in ESTON’s latest video.
One of the project’s main challenges was creating a technologically advanced office environment within a historic building while working under a tight delivery schedule.
Business continuity, high-functionality workstations and premium meeting room technology all played a central role throughout the project.
Special attention was also given to material selection, lighting and acoustic solutions to create a comfortable and inspiring workplace experience.
Beyond functionality, the project also focused on creating community-oriented areas that support informal collaboration and day-to-day interaction.
The final result is a premium office environment that successfully balances cost-efficiency, advanced technological expectations and high-quality user experience.
