From 2026, ESTON has expanded its advisory portfolio with a new dedicated service: the official launch of the Asia Desk. The Asia Desk was established to support the Central and Eastern European real estate activities of Asian investors and corporate clients.
The aim of the Asia Desk is to provide structured, locally grounded and culturally sensitive advisory services to Asian market players planning market entry, expansion or investment in Hungary or across the wider region.
The Asia Desk is led by Gergely Török, who supports Asian clients’ market entry into Central and Eastern Europe with several years of real estate market experience and an international background. Under his leadership, the Asia Desk works closely with all ESTON business lines, including office leasing, industrial and logistics real estate, capital markets advisory, valuation, as well as property and project management.
Through this integrated approach, Asian clients receive consistent, one-stop support throughout the entire real estate lifecycle – from initial market entry, through asset and property management, to later strategic decision-making.
In recent years, Asian capital and corporate presence in Central and Eastern Europe has been steadily increasing. Differences in business culture, decision-making processes and market expectations, however, require a tailored and specialised advisory approach.
The ESTON Asia Desk responds to these challenges with a flexible solution built on high-level professional expertise. It combines in-depth local market knowledge and regional experience with a strong understanding of business and cultural differences, delivering customised advisory services that go well beyond a traditional transaction-driven mindset.
