The office building will be built on the former site of the Budapest Waterworks, at the intersection of Váci út and Dózsa György út. The complex will consist of three buildings. The basic concept of the project was to be close to nature, with a large multifunctional garden between the three buildings, green terraces on the upper floors, sunny interiors and a panoramic running track on the roof.
