Giselle The mill was built in 1880 by the Krausz-Moskovits family. Most of the mill in Budapest - having survived the wars - operated as a steam mill until 1963. In the last decades it was used as a warehouse, and in 2000 it was demolished and rebuilt as a residential building and offices. Behind the ornately preserved exterior walls, a new building has been formed, preserving the particular industrial atmosphere of the property as a whole. It took its current form in 2010, with more than 100 loft apartments and over 1,500 sqm of offices. The office space can be flexibly divided and formed to meet the most demanding requirements. From an interior design aspect, it is worth highlighting the cladding: original brick walls and columns, with beams in places, which give these offices a very unique and distinctive style.
