At the Portfolio Property Awards 2025, ESTON International was honoured with the “Property Management Company of the Year” award. This recognition is one of the most significant acknowledgements within the Hungarian real estate market, highlighting outstanding professional performance in the field of property management.
The award reflects the achievements reached in 2025, including substantial portfolio growth:
• the number of managed buildings increased from 20 to 34,
• total managed area expanded from 475,000 m² to 863,000 m²,
• representing 82% year-on-year growth,
• and we now support the daily operations of more than 1,100 tenants.
The total value of the assets under management exceeds 300 billion HUF, providing a solid foundation for continued development.
One of the year’s most notable milestones was the full-scope takeover of a nationwide retail park portfolio of nearly 500,000 m², further strengthening ESTON’s position in the Hungarian commercial real estate market.
To ensure the required capacity for servicing the expanding portfolio, the Property Management division will reach 25 professionals by 2026, contributing to the growth of the entire ESTON team to a total of 50 employees.
In 2025, eight additional buildings received BREEAM or other environmental certifications, bringing the share of certified properties in our managed portfolio to nearly 80%. Sustainable and responsible operation remains a key priority in our daily work.
The “Property Management Company of the Year” award reinforces ESTON’s position in the market and reflects the team’s dedicated, high-quality work within the Hungarian property management sector.
ESTON International, Hungary’s largest fully Hungarian-owned commercial real estate advisory firm, has successfully concluded the sale of the heritage-listed property at 72–74 Váci Road. Standing on a 10,349 m² plot and offering a total floor area of 22,584 m², the property was sold under an exclusive advisory mandate, with ESTON providing full professional support from strategic preparation till closing.
