The Váci 184 Business Center was built in the mid-20th century, originally serving as the central office building for a large industrial company, Ganz Danubius Ship and Crane Factory. It is a distinctive building, with two large statues flanking the main entrance, which define its characteristic style. A major renovation of the building took place in 1998.The office building is located along the Váci Office Corridor, easily accessible by both public transport and car. Thanks to its excellent location, the M3, M0 highways, and the Buda side of the city can be quickly reached by car.
