Advance Tower is located in the inner section of the Váci Road office corridor, close to the city center. The six-story, "A" category office building was designed by Mérték Architectural Studio, with a focus on meeting high-quality standards. The building’s glass surfaces ensure that the offices benefit from ample natural light, which is especially important for employee well-being. The intelligent building management system includes automated shading technology, allowing sunlight exposure to be optimized as needed.
