Breaking away from the limitations imposed by conventional building lines — and thinking beyond a row of buildings — a sculptural, intriguing structure will emerge in all directions.The foundation of the New Age’s integrated concept lies in the powerful energy lines created by recent developments and their impact on the surrounding environment. Along these energy lines, at the center of the area, the new office building will provide a visual experience from every direction.CPI, keeping sustainability and comfort services in mind, plans to develop a building with 17,000 square meters of leasable office space. In line with the company’s established conscious building concept, it will incorporate sustainable and cutting-edge technologies.The building, based on innovative solutions, has been designed by the internationally recognized, FIABCI award-winning Vikár and Lukács Architectural Office.
