Krausz Palota is located in the heart of Budapest, in the area bordered by Andrássy út (part of the World Heritage), Révay utca and Dobó utca. It was built in 1884 based on the plans of architect Zsigmond Quittner.Krausz Palota was renovated meeting art historical standards in 2001, and presently it offers a modern office space of 5,600 sq m on 5 floors. The property changed ownership in 2019 and the new landlord will implement a refurbishment program to transform the building into an exclusive boutique office meeting all modern building technical requirements while preserving all art historical features.
