The Infopark E office building was built in 2009 according to the plans of the German designer Thomas Foral. The office buildings built in the development of IVG boast several real estate awards. Building “E” was the first in Hungary to receive the internationally recognized green building certification system, LEED Silver.The building consists of the interweaving of a lower and a higher mass. The demandingly designed inner courtyard, surrounded by the wings of the building, opens onto the central park, from where the entrances open up. The roof level is retracted from the plane of the façade, so that there are generous, wood-covered roof terraces with lavish views.The Infopark is located on the Buda side, at the foot of the Rákóczi Bridge, next to the university town. The decisive factor in choosing the location of the development was the central location and easy accessibility, which is excellent for both motorists and those using public transport and bicycles.
