Corvin Technology & Science Park is the fifth office building phase of the Corvin Promenade project. The building is located in the eastern block of the Corvin district, next to Nokia Skypark. The 'A' class office building offers 16 283 sqm of lettable space in the first phase and 14 002 sqm in the second phase.The open-air spaces will provide pedestrian access to the promenade, meaning the office building perfectly integrates into the fabric of the city. Another important design factor is the building of green spaces, with a large roof terrace and an interior garden on the building’s ground floor.
