The Center Point 3 office building is located in the XIII district, in the block bounded by Váci út - Frangepán utca - Lomb utca - Petneházy utca. The planned office building will be a direct continuation of the existing Center Point 1 and 2 buildings in the area.Above the ground floor community functions, general office floors are planned from the first to the seventh floor with two additional mezzanine level. Below the building, two levels of underground parking have been designed to take up the full area of the site, and a third level with reduced floor space, primarily to accommodate mechanical and process rooms.
