The building with a neo-renaissance façade was built at the end of the 19th century. It first served as the residence of the Prime Minister in the early 1900’s. The developer purchased the building and the empty plot facing Aradi utca in 1999. Following a full scope refurbishment of Andrássy út 100, a new building has been constructed on the plot behind the property. The two buildings interconnected at all levels. Every tenant of the building may use the conference rooms on the groundfloor and on the 1st floor.
