As of 1 September 2026, ESTON will be responsible for the property management of Bartók Ház. Under the new mandate, our team of experts will oversee the professional and sustainable operation of the nearly 17,600 sqm Class A office building.

Located on Bartók Béla Road, Bartók Ház is one of the area’s most prominent office buildings, situated in one of Budapest’s most vibrant and rapidly developing districts. Completed in 2003, the eight-storey building offers approximately 17,600 sqm of modern office space and 408 parking spaces for Hungarian and international companies. From September, ESTON’s property management team will be responsible for coordinating the building’s day-to-day operations, supervising technical and operational processes, and maintaining proactive communication with tenants. In addition to ensuring reliable and cost-efficient operations, the team aims to provide a service-oriented environment that responds quickly and flexibly to tenants’ evolving needs.
