Qualifications and Expectations:

• University degree or technical qualification
• University degree in engineering (Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering)
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Fluent in Hungarian and at least intermediate level of English
• Decisive, ambitious personality with good presentation skills and advanced communication abilities
• Motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team
• Strategic thinker with a consulting/service-oriented mindset
• Experience in real estate or similar roles

Responsibilities and Authority:

• Complete management of office setups, mechanical configurations, and renovations
• Management of design processes and design reviews
• Budget planning and cost tracking
• Creation and monitoring of project schedules
• Tendering and liaison with subcontractors
• Reviewing and managing contractor agreements
• Organizing and documenting site visits
• Supervision of construction work
• Coordinating the project team's work
• Managing handover processes
• Collaboration with clients, tenants, and subcontractors
• Data management and reporting
• Handling complaints and problem-solving
