As of 1st January 2010 Zoltán Petrik was appointed as head of Eston’s new Property Management Division.

Besides a foreign trade degree, Zoltán Petrik also possesses Budapest Technical University’s (BME) & Nottingham Trent University’s common RICS qualification and beyond his professional English and Italian language knowledge he also speaks German.

Mr Petrik has acquired a 10-year professional experience on the real estate market at well-acknowledged enterprises such as Whitestone Investment, Akron Group or Strabag.

During his previous work Mr Petrik actively participated in property development projects, portfolio management, business development assignments as well as seeking investment possibilities, leasing activities and transactions.
