DeTeImmobilien-Hungary First Operational Year After-tax Profit At 1.2 Mln Euro

Wallis Real Estate,ESTON International Property Consulting The real estate management company DeTeImmobilien-Hungary, a joint venture 51 pct owned by German DeTeImmobilien and 49 pct by Hungarian developer Wallis Real Estate, posted 312 mln Hungarian forints ($1.5 mln/1.2 mln euro) after-tax profit for its first year of operation started on February 1, 2005.

Downtown Buda: saleable but mostly gone

Magyar Telekom Nyrt recently said it had closed the transaction to acquire information technology services company Dataplex Kft, New Europe reported.
