Wallis Real Estate,ESTON International Property Consulting The real estate management company DeTeImmobilien-Hungary, a joint venture 51 pct owned by German DeTeImmobilien and 49 pct by Hungarian developer Wallis Real Estate, posted 312 mln Hungarian forints ($1.5 mln/1.2 mln euro) after-tax profit for its first year of operation started on February 1, 2005.

Even within the Buda office market, downtown Buda is considered to have high prestige value. In this area, two significant office buildings have recently sprouted, and space is selling like hotcakes. Older structures are popular as well, seemingly suggesting that a number of developments can be expected in the neighborhood. Due to lack of space, however, this is unlikely to happen, real estate magazine ReSource said in its latest issue.
