Elbit Medical Imaging sells shopping malls to Dawnay Day

Plaza Centers, a shopping mall company owned by Israel’s Elbit Medical Imaging, has sold the last four of its malls in Hungary to the UK’s Dawnay Day Group, a property investment and financial services company, for EUR 16.7m. Elbit Medical Imaging announced the transaction on Monday.

CBA opens Ft 4.5 billion logistics base

CBA Kft, Hungary’s biggest supermarket chain in terms of revenue, opened a Ft 4.5 billion logistics base south of Budapest on Friday.
