Office Agency ASSISTANT

Our Office Agency Team is looking for a smart and skillful assistant who is willing to support the daily operation of the Consultants and the Head of Office Agency.

The ideal candidate:

  • is precise and interested in real estate sector
  • has an open and positive personality
  • is a proactive team player but able to work alone
  • willing to learn
  • speak English and Hungarian fluently (German or any other language is a bonus)
  • has minimum 2-3 year work experience as an assistant
  • has deep knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) and any CRM software
  • is looking for a long term opportunity

Our Assistant will be responsible:

  • to manage our property and CRM database
  • to maintain continuous relationship with Landlords, Developers and Fellow Agencies
  • to prepare presentations, proposals, marketing materials and any documentation of office agency team
